Late Policy and No-Show/Cancellation Policy

Please call us at 716-821-0603 to speak with a team member to schedule your pet’s next appointment. If you are running late or need to cancel your appointment for any reason please see below for our policies:

Late Policy:

  • 10-15 minutes late we will still honor the appointment but the client may have to wait once they arrive.
  • If more than 15 minutes late the appointment will have to be rescheduled.

Please call as soon as you know you will not make your scheduled appointment time.

No Show/Cancellation policy:

When possible, please call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you do not call and no-show for your appointment more than once, you will be required to pre-pay the office call fee at the time of booking any future appointments.
