Monday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Wednesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Do you take emergencies?

During our normal business hours, we are able to see emergency cases. We do ask that you please call ahead so that our veterinary team can be ready for you and your pet as soon as you arrive.

For after-hours emergencies, we refer out to a few local facilities which are open when we are not. Please visit our emergencies page to learn more about these other facilities.


What's your cancellation policy?

Our late and no/show cancellation policies are as followed:


10-15 minutes late we will still honor the appointment but the client may have to wait once they arrive. If more than 15 minutes late the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Please call as soon as you know you will not make your scheduled appointment time.

No Show/Cancellation policy:

When possible, please call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you do not call and no-show for your appointment more than once, you will be required to pre-pay the office call fee at the time of booking any future appointments.
