Policies & Payments
Please call us at (716) 821-0603 to speak with a team member to schedule your pet’s next appointment. If you are running late or need to cancel your appointment for any reason please see below for our policies:
Late Policy
- 10-15 minutes late we will still honor the appointment but the client may have to wait once they arrive.
- If more than 15 minutes late the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Please call as soon as you know you will not make your scheduled appointment time.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
When possible, please call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you do not call and no-show for your appointment more than once, you will be required to pre-pay the office call fee at the time of booking any future appointments.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and ScratchPay.

Pet Insurance
Pet insurance is a great option to make caring for your pet affordable, and ensure that they receive the care they need, when they need it.
