Miguel Diaz, DVM

Dr. Miguel Diaz joined the Community Pet Care Hospital team in October 2023. He grew up in Ponce, Puerto Rico, but now calls Orchard Park, New York his home. Dr. Diaz earned an undergraduate degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico before pursuing a DVM degree from Ross University. Previously he has practiced veterinary medicine in Puerto Rico and Buffalo, New York. His special interest is in veterinary surgery, especially orthopedics, ultrasonography, and exotic pet medicine.

Dr. Diaz has a beautiful young teenage daughter, Alanna; a wonderful boy, Roman; a baby daughter, Isabella, and an amazing wife, also a veterinarian, Dr. Kimberly Meisner.  Their menagerie of pets includes two dogs, and a recently rescued kitten, Pickles,  In addition to spending time with his family, Dr. Diaz enjoys golf, sports, movies, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs!
